NightCast English Dub Released for Free |

Some years ago I posted an article about the imminent release of an independent film called, Nightcast.” The film is a miracle of guerrilla film making. Nightcast is an ambitious work of art created in homage to the classics of the 80's such as Robocop and Darkman built with a miniscule budget but a massive payload of passion. By that intro I imagine you can probably guess that I'm a fan of Nightcast.
When it came time for the film, originally shot in German, to be dubbed into English, director Marco Von Moos, asked if I'd be interest providing the English voice over for the evil and duplicitous Colonel Red.
I had Todd Britt give me a hand recording the lines in my basement. Through a few back and forth sessions with Marco we were able to get something he was happy with. A few years go by and one day I discover that English dubb has been release online for free. You will need a login to view it but it's available completely free. Check it out.

 This weekend was actually pretty exciting. My sister Carla and her family visited us and brought a new addition to the Bowers clan. We got one of their Jack Russell terrier pups, named appropriately, “Sugar” because she is so sweet. I know that this is not in keeping with my Jiu-Jitsu tough guy persona, but dog gone it, I love puppies! |

Ah, the creative spurt I've been experiencing has the downside of often causing me to wake up in the middle of the night. I rose today at 5:15 and was probably awake since 4:20 or so. It's been very windy on Bowers mountain the last few nights. |
