This program is designed to prepare women for real life threatening situations. The key words are REAL LIFE. Punching and kicking alone are not effective against an attacker who is bigger, stronger, and willing to hit you back. And most of those kicks and punches will not work on the ground.This defense program utilizes techniques that will help women defend themselves standing and on the ground.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
- Standing Techniques
o Defend against being pulled, pushed, or carried
o How to block a punch
o Defense against chokes
- Ground Techniques
o Defense against an attacker who has you on the ground and is between your legs.
o Defense against an attacker who is sitting on your chest choking or punching you
