Artists that come to Snug
Records call it the bed and breakfast of recording studios. We
are located 5 miles out of the city limits on 15 acres surrounded by trees,
birds, coons, foxes, squirrels, 2 dogs (Pepper & Mooka),water
filled quarries,large granite boulders and our own private
mini-mountain. On premises accommodations can be made for up to 8
people. There is a full service kitchen available, and bar access for
those over 21.Several hotels and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute
drive.
Most studios offer a wide range of services from commercial
voice-overs to audio restoration. They have regular business hours with hourly
orblock rates, and will book anyone that has the money. We are not
one of those studios. Snug Records is only interested in helping
the creative artists that are trying to promote their
own original material.
